Fish is a very versatile, quick and easy to cook, especially when it has been prepared by your fishmonger. Quality fish should be more popular than it is, it is after all the original fast food.

Although you would not say fish is cheap, it still represents value for money and variety.  How many types of fish can you think of prepared 3-4 different ways, compared with 4 different types of meat prepared many different ways..
